Oh Biggest Loser, how I adore thee! I think this will be my 4th season of watching BL. However, a HUGE change is how I am going to watch it. Before, I would settle in with my bowl of popcorn (in my defense, the extra butter WAS the spray butter, mmmk?!) and watch the contestants sweat it out for 60-120 minutes on the tv thinking "Oh man, how did they let themselves get so big?"
Well, now that my weight and BMI could VERY realistically put me on that show, I am now watching it a little differently! Instead of the popcorn in my lap, I will be utilizing the treadmill I tucked in the corner of our family room downstairs for this very occasion. I'm not a fan of watching my DVR'ed shows while on the treadmill for fear of A)Falling and B)We all need a little relaxation time, but I figured this would be an excellent opportunity to add some extra time on the treadmill once a week!
So in a few minutes I'm going to go down and learn about the new cast...all while doing my thing on the treadmill.
But before I do that, I wanted to document my food today/exercise for today:
Food: **Breakfast - Nada (I know, I know, bad Jody!)
**Lunch - Weight Watcher Meal
**Supper - Fahitas w/o the shells (so basically chicken, peppers, onions)....this was REALLY good!!! I'm glad I have some left for lunch tomorrow if Jeff doesn't take it to work!
**And a damn cookie from my friend's baby shower on Sunday...BOO!...and to top it off it wasn't even that good:-(.
Exercise: Shred (had to stop in the middle to put Juliet down for a nap as she wasn't enjoying watching Mama and her blubber jump up and down) and now getting ready to work it on the treadmill while watching BL
